KYRO's mission is to empower underprivileged unwed young mothers by providing them with vocational training and business support, enabling them to break free from the cycle of poverty and drug dependence.
Our main objectives include:
- Offering vocational training programs tailored to local community challenges and demands.
- Providing mentorship and coaching to develop entrepreneurial skills.
- Facilitating access to microfinance and startup resources.
- Supporting businesses and startups led by unwed young mothers.
- Conducting monthly discipleship gatherings and annual camps for the unwed young mothers in our program to ensure their spiritual development.
- Providing clean water to the communities we serve.

KYRO's primary focus is on empowering disadvantaged unwed young mothers who face significant challenges due to poverty and drug-related issues. We target communities with high unemployment rates and limited access to education and training opportunities. Our goal is to create a diverse and inclusive environment that promotes gender equality and social cohesion.

Vocational Training: KYRO offers comprehensive vocational training programs in high-demand sectors, including construction, hospitality, information technology, and agriculture. These programs cover both technical and soft skills development, providing participants with a well-rounded education to enhance their employability and foster self-sufficiency.
Entrepreneurship Development: In addition to vocational training, KYRO integrates entrepreneurship education into its programs. Through mentorship, business planning workshops, and networking opportunities, we empower participants to enhance their skills, receive assistance with job placements, and successfully launch and sustain their own businesses, thereby contributing to local economic development.

KYRO strives for long-term sustainability through strategic partnerships with international organizations, churches, local businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies. These collaborations allow us to leverage existing infrastructure, expertise, and funding sources, expanding our reach and impact.

KYRO's financial projections rely on a combination of grants, donations, and revenue generated through entrepreneurship development initiatives. The initial phase involves fundraising to cover program setup costs, training facilities, and operational expenses. Subsequently, income from successful businesses led by unwed young mothers will contribute to the long-term sustainability of the organization.
